Charged, but now released. I’m told he’s returned to his hotel here in Petion-ville–the very one where we have friends staying tonight. Wonder what that will be like for them?

He’s required to stay here, as of now. If he leaves, it will be more difficult to prosecute him. He must remain available for further questioning.
